APARTMENT PENTHOUSE #3 - LUCILLE - Getting ready for a new tenant

Hello Everyone!
Hope all is well and are having a
very good year so far.
The Louisiana apartments are
getting make-overs
as you can tell.
Time to play with them again!
Bernice moved out a few months ago.
This is what the apartment looks like empty.

      Hope you have been well.
      I do want to maintain the presence of light if I am able. I need to fit a bathroom, Kitchen, bedroom and whatever else I can get in there.
