Apartment Samantha - Sam's Darn Allergies!

Hello Everyone! How are you doing
out there in blog land.

I would like to welcome my new followers.
Thank you for coming on board.

Also I would like to say that the reason I do
not have a link on my blog about my giveaway
or others giveaways is because my blogger
will not let me put it on there. Sweet Eliana
has tried helping me and has given me great
instructions but still blogger will not let me
put them on my blog. It says that I have ran
out of space - go figure! Well anyway I do
not understand that.
So thank you for your patience Eliana
that you have extended to me
and especially all of the kind
comments that you leave.

Yes, poor Samantha she is down in the dumps this
week. Also she has been out of work
on account of
those darn allergies!! And there isn't anything that
she can do about it. It has to run its
course. Lol's.
Anyway I made her the pink robe and slippers. And here
she is blowing her nose. She has kleenex in her
pocket and kleenex on her robe
and on the floor.
Oooo poor Sam! I do hope she feels better soon!

Gee Sam - at least you could have stuck the waste
basket nearby and throw your nasty kleenex in there!
I hope that all of you had a very nice weekend and
got the things done that you
needed and wanted to do.
Thank you all for visiting me and please come again.

Thrift Store - Bought Coasters/Matts to turn into WIDOW SHADES

Hello Everyone!
Hope all is well.
Welcome to my mini blog!

Have you any Coasters - yes sir, yes sir.
I have 4 of them!
Hehehehe

On one of my jaunts out
this week I found these little coasters.
These little coasters or matts are the correct
length for the dollhouse windows.

You say - you do not want Patriotic
shades - no problem.
The red, white and blue yarn can easily
be pulled away from the reeds.
You can weave other colors of yarn in its place.

They would be very easy to attach to the windows.
You could sew little jump rings onto the
backside of the matt to the blue yarns.
Use a small wire, round dowel or cut a
clothes hanger to go thru the rings.
Then hang to the window with tacky wax or eye
hooks.

Here, the little matt is already rolled up in the front.
Can you see it?
I would like a patriotic room-box or a room done up
in reds.
Perhaps these would look good in a library?
They would/could add some much
needed color to your room.
Thanks for stopping by!

APARTMENT WITCH PERMELIA - SKELETON HAT STANDS

Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my blog and
thank you for following me.

It has rained for 2 weeks.
I love it when it rains.
This is the time that I always
get out of my house.

These were fun and fast to make!
I demolished a couple of my
skeletons!

I cut them off! Yep, I cut them off
at the base of their necks
and stuck them in a wooden wheel
that had a hole in it.
I painted it red and glued his
neck in it!

Permelia loves them!
She cannot wait to make more!
Perhaps I should slit open their mouths
so they speak.
Permelia wants to thing about that - she is afraid
that they will sass her!
See they have attitudes!
Look at the skeleton in the green hat - she
could be mouthy!

Permelia is straightening up some.
Thanks for visiting me!

Cross-stitched Rugs

First I would like to thank all of you lovely
people for becoming my followers and taking
the time to stop by and say hello!

What do you do with a sweet lady
that does not do any miniatures but sends
you 2 sweet rugs that she cross stitched.
Catherine from Diamond C from:
Both of the little rugs are light and airy yet soft
to the touch.
A close-up of the pink and blue heart rug. Just the right
colors of blue and pink.
A close-up of this beauty! Blue flowers and lilac.
Both of these rugs are going into the Van Buren dollhouse.
She also sent me these composition books. They do
not have any paper on the inside and I like that.
This way I can add my own and title the little
journals! Maybe some diary's.
Thank you so much Catherine, for the beautiful
rugs and the journals! I love them.
Thanks for visiting me!

Thrift Store - TURN BINGO CHIPS INTO PLATES!!

Welcome to my blog!
Thank you for your wonderful
comments.
It is very much appreciated.

Do you need some cheap plates.
Look no further!
These BINGO CHIPS are just the right size
and they are not heavy!
They come magnetic or unmagnetic and they
come in red and green.
Not sure
if they have other colors or not.
I did not pay
this price for them - they were only 50 cents
at the thrift store.
AND LOOK there are 200 in each package!
That's a lot of plates!!!
Include these in your kitchen projects!

You can use these as they are or you
can glue pretty papers to them on the
fronts and the backs.
You can also take a gold
pen to the edges to give them a china effect.
If I were not so busy then I would have
glued on paper or painted some of them
 to show you.
As of now, I have not had the time
to mess with them.
I would love to
see what you do with these plates.
You can give some of these away!
Thanks for stopping by to take a look!
