Apartment Penthouse #4 - Kitchen moved again!

I really did enjoy your suggestions.

Does anyone else have a problem finding

where a blog is once that person

becomes a follower?

I do.

When I click on the persons picture

my blogger will not take me there!!

It does not show me where you are!

Does anyone know how I can fix that?

I have had this problem for well

over a year or longer!

I used to think that everyone else

had the same issue as I do,

but now am not so sure!

Would appreciate help with this.

I do believe that I am getting closer

to solving this Penthouse!

Okay, so I moved everything out

of the Penthouse once again except

for the bathroom.

For now it will stay.

So, here is the kitchen moved to

the other side of the bathroom,

left of the front door.

This is the first time that I have tried

the kitchen over there with a 

bathroom beside it. 

I must say that I do like that.

The sink and refrigerator seems to fit nicely.

I think the pictures are big enough, but not

sure. 

Been so busy that I cannot remember the size of them.

Not sure if the chaise and table should

be there, but then again what doll

does end up inhabiting this space,

will not be eating there.

To her it will just be for looks.

I removed the 2 bathroom walls so I could move

the stuff around.

It was hard to get to in order to see how far

back the chaise could go.

Looks roomy!

I hate to put a stove in there.

I am starting to like this arrangement!

You caught me peeking thru a window again!

Have had this chaise for ages.

Would like to find it a home eventually.

For some reason, this was the best pic

My friend Lynda Meyers crocheted

the little doily and gave it to me. 

She is on Ebay.

Just type in crochet bedspreads.

Hers are lovely!!!

She keeps her prices as low as possible

and that includes shipping.

I think that kitchen is big enough for an island!

Maybe I better think about a small table

and chairs for this space.

Apartment Penthouse #4 - New Arrangement

Hello Everyone!

Thank you everyone for the nice comments.

They are greatly appreciated.

CAUSE  IF YOU DON'T - I CANNOT FIND YOUR BLOG.

I have played around and came up with this.

Not sure that this is going to stay either.

I want to be able to see everything as much as I can.
I don't think that this fits the bill of what I am
looking for.
However it is cute and could give be a floorplan
for someone to use.

With this arrangement you can see the front
door which is good.
You cannot see what is behind the kitchen.

The kitchen has possibilities as it lays, perhaps
even some room for a tiny table but this tenant
does not need a table as sometimes she does not
eat her at all for days.
You cannot hardly see the bedroom, and I think
that everyone would love to see a bedroom
Please take note that the bedroom closet does
move around in the photos.

It is hard to see what is behind the kitchen.
This apartment does not need a nice living room
so to speak.
So I have made it a dressing area with just 2
chairs for company to sit on.

This is the vanity table that will be going in
here and there is the closet that I moved 
out of the bedroom.
I ended up moving it back there to give 
more room for a dressing space.

Here is the jewelry chest.

Back here as you can see.

As you can see I placed it in this room.

It is unfinished and will be finished once I know

who will keep it.

Lucille is once again occupying the

space, although she will not be

living here when the apartment is said and done.

Directly behind the kitchen is 2 chairs and a

table.

Oooo someone is drinking  Pink wine!!!

Someone is already  conversing with Lucille!

And perhaps drinking that glass of Pink wine

that is on the side table!

Not much going on here.

Lucille is still getting ready to go somewhere.

Perhaps she doesn't even know!!

Not bad but still not what I am looking for!!

This time the kitchen has moved again!!!

So, all of these pics are with this layout.

I turned the kitchen so that it faces

the bathroom door and the bedroom.

To the left of the refrigerator, is the front

door.

It looks like a lot of space is behind

the kitchen when you view it like this.

I put the vanity behind the kitchen.

Perhaps a wall is needed but I kind of like

the openness but this is not practical.

And does not look like a real apartment.

I did devote a lot of room to the dressing area,

but it is not with the bedroom area, and that

is not good, I feel.

But not enough room to put it all in the bedroom.

 As you can see it is a cute arrangement.

I have added another doll here, another friend

to Lucille. 

Wasted space is what I call it, and I have no

clue as to what to put in this space.

This tiny space which is where I put her dressing are

previously has now become a little sitting area with

a chaise.

Not good either - cause who is drinking!!!

I do not think that I will keep this arrangement

either.

Apartment Penthouse #4 - Bedroom area

I have been so busy lately. 

Have played around with this Penthouse again.

Here is the bedroom. 

It is located near the  the front door and behind

the bathroom.

I used the same bed previously was used in Bernice's

apartment - I think?

I like to be able to see the bed thru the windows.

I had to move the vanity cause I put this closet in.

NO ROOM!!

Looking in thru the window the bed centered 

along the wall. 

I moved it over towards the end of the 

wall. 

Don't like this that much.

Decided to change beds to one that

Julie Ryan gave me a year before her

passing. 

Its a little shabby chic looking.

Don't think it will work here.

Nevertheless, I still tried working with it.

I moved it over towards the end of the wall

Still not enough room.

Next - I moved the bed  against the wall but

not centered on the window.

Not good!

As you can see - still no room. 

I was playing around with furniture too.

I have piled it in where the kitchen used

to be. 

Might or might not use this furniture.

Would love to hear your comments

on what you would do!!

Apartment Penthouse #4 - NEW TENANT

Hello Everyone!

Thank you for the sweet comments. 

Am sure Lesley appreciated them.

Am glad to show her things cause it gives

me time to play and think with this Penthouse

on what I am doing.

In all actuality, this should be 

Apartment Penthouse #4 - cause

Apartment Penthouse #1 started and is

really with Samantha, she being the first

tenant to the Penthouse!!! 

I will go back and re-number these just so

I do not get confused!!!

(Right after this posting.)

With that being said, perhaps I should  bring in

another lady to occupy this space.

So I have decided that Lucille will find

another home.

In will come a new lady.

I need to find her. 

I do think that I am getting closer to what I am

looking for.

Am trying a few different things out right now.

But I really do have something else in mind.

Just must see how to achieve it.

I moved the bathroom and put it on the left side

of the apartment.

On this side, the bathroom is not as spacious as

it was on the other side.

I think because of the way the door opens up.

Not sure, just doesn't feel right either.

I also like the wallpaper and do not feel like

stripping it or wallpapering over it.

It is so girly and right now no men occupy any place

that I have.

Must be a community of women!!

Hehehe

Oops so sorry - Lucille not up to this!!

But it was the only pic that I took at the time.

But I am thinking about the bedroom 

will go here.

Also thinking that perhaps Lucille and friend

Ginger could be my problem.

Could be that they belong to a brothel??

Or perhaps need a roombox of a bedroom

suite for Lucille.

It could be that Lucille is what is causing my

problem here.

I do like feedback to see what others are thinking.

I moved the kitchen back to this spot that I

tried not to long ago. 

You can see into the bedroom.

Not sure if this will turn out but am willing

to take it a little further to see, before

I put in a lot of work that could be unnecessary.
