'A Gentleman's Office' by Lesley Jacoby

Hello Everyone!
Hope all is well with you and your
family.

Still working on the Penthouse
apartment.
Things are very slow.
It will be awhile before I finish so in
the meantime I do hope you enjoy
Lesley's miniatures as much as I.
She has been doing miniatures for
many years.

LOVE THIS SOPHISTICATED MAN-CAVE!!!

This is a lovely scene from a book.
I think you will enjoy this and gain
many ideas from this if you
haven't done a scene like this already.

This is one of my favorite scenes of hers!

The pedestal and globe are not crooked.
It only looks that way because of the way
I snapped the pic.
I am at an angle.

I absolutely love this Cheetah!
He opens up!!
I think it was used as a pill box long ago.
I keep looking for a nice one on ebay.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at
this scene.
Thank you for visiting me!

  1. What a beautiful and clever display of wonderful mini treasures! You don't need to have a lot in a scene when every piece is exquisite and this one is a marvel to be sure!

  3. he entire arrangement is Amazing! Leslie has been able to include some Incredible miniatures within a very limited space and make every work to a T!
I love the step "Up" and the rug over it. The china display and the the richness of the furniture and accessories are very sophisticated and "gentlemanly"- Well Done! :D

  9. Conny: What a beautiful room, I love the vase of flowers and the globe the rugs are mazing.
Someone made a suggestion to me a while back, why do Miniaturist never do rooms like a firehall or police station, I would love to see something like that.
I hope you are having a great week.

    Hugs

    1. It is a very lovely man's room with so much sophistication. I agree with you the rugs are amazing. Not sure how hard it would be to make the things for a police station or a firehall, but it does sound interesting! It might be too much for me to undertake. Hope all is well with you and Mike.
